TraviesoFilmz May 8, 2011 at 8:57 am: yes you are correct. It was shot upside down then rotated. But the lines came from a bad videocard. When I replaced the videocard with a better one the lines went away.
B3D5X May 8, 2011 at 8:57 am: I’m going to guess this was shot with the image upside down and then rotated in Adobe Premiere because I had the problem with the VHS-tape-type lines at the top too.

belbers9715 May 8, 2011 at 9:35 am: He means that for any YouTube video, you can put &fmt=18 after the url in your browser for a higher quality video (and audio), because when you type that in, you are pretty much forcing youtube to display the highest quality video that is possible with any one video.
